COVID-19 Hardship Applications

Cashflow Manager is offering hardship relief for eligible subscription customers. To access hardship relief a customer must apply through their Accountant who also needs to be an Inner Circle member.

The criteria for hardship relief is as follows:

  • Customer must have a valid Cashflow Manager subscription
  • This hardship relief (once approved) is for a period of 3 months and is eligible for customers who have an annual or monthly payment due.
  • Annual subscription customers can only apply for hardship if their subscription is due for renewal in the month or the following month of the application.
  • Relief is limited to one ABN per customer and limited to one relief during two financial periods.
  • Cashflow Manager reserves the right to limit the amount of relief case approvals per Inner Circle Membership.

Cashflow Manager reserves the right to make changes to this criteria at any time.
