Cashflow Manager will cease support of limited licences for Cashflow Manager V11 on 30th September 2020. We are now focusing on migrating these customers to a Cashflow Manager subscription.

This will impact some of your clients, so we’re contacting you in advance to give you both time to prepare.

What does this mean?

  • Cashflow Manager V11 limited licence product will become obsolete from 1st October 2020, in accordance with our End User Licence Agreement.
  • Clients will not be able to access their software or data from this date forward unless they move across to one of Cashflow Manager’s subscription options.

What can you do to prepare?

  • Contact your customers who are using a limited license for Cashflow Manager V11 (we will also be contacting them directly) and ensure they understand what will happen on 1st October 2020.
  • Suggest they back up their files for a simple and fast transition to their new Cashflow Manager subscription.
  • Help them to select which subscription option would best suit their needs.
  • Encourage them to switch products before the 1st October 2020 to minimise any potential issues.

We expect some customers will ask you why we are making this change, as previously Cashflow Manager has offered a limited software license along with a CD purchase or download. With the Australian Tax Office moving to a digital offering, we need to be able to keep our software up to date with any changes, as and when they happen, to remain compliant; a subscription model gives Cashflow Manager the best platform to do this.

Our move to a subscription model will also allow us to continue to develop and deliver new features and solutions that meet client’s business accounting needs now and in the future, as well as providing excellent software support.

If you have any questions, please speak to our Customer Engagement Team on 08 8275 2000, they are available between 7am and 7pm Adelaide time. Alternatively, you can email acountantsupport@cashflow-manager.com.
